About Candace Reinbold

Candace’s career journey began during college when she worked at an Ag Retailer (BASF). After graduation, she secured a full-time position there, gaining experience in agronomy and sales. However, an exciting opportunity as an Innovation Specialist led her to explore new horizons as a territory representative for a new company.  After some restructuring, she landed at a Digital Ag company in the Peace Region. This move aligned perfectly with her aspirations and eventually brought her to the CANTERRA SEEDS family in December of 2020!

Candace’s roots are on a farm south of Stettler, Alberta. Growing up in this rural setting instilled a love for agriculture and the outdoors. Beyond her professional life, she enjoys outdoor adventures with her partner, their loyal pup, Ivy and their daughter, Aubrey. Candace’s green thumb extends to gardening and homesteading, where she embraces the old ways of life. She’s a skilled cook, a hunter, a photographer and someone who fearlessly creates from scratch.  You can also find Candace skating at her local Roller Derby rink!

Candace holds diplomas in Crop Technology and Agriculture Business: Marketing and Communications from Lakeland College. She is also an Agronomist by trade, holding her CCA and contributing to the Certified Crop Advisor board. She has also participated in various other boards and mentorship programs, including 4-H Canada, Youth Soccer, and Roller Derby Canada.
