Gold for Gold - Official Contest Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.

The Go for Gold Contest (the “Contest”) is sponsored and administered by Canterra Seeds (2002) Ltd. (“CANTERRA SEEDS”), 201 - 1475 Chevrier Blvd., Winnipeg, Manitoba R3T 1Y7 (the “Sponsor”). By participating in the Contest, each participant agrees to abide by these Official Contest Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor with respect to the Contest.

1. ELIGIBILITY

The Contest is open to legal residents of British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba who have reached the age of majority in their province of residence at the time of entry.

Employees, representatives and agents of the Sponsor, its affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, contest administrators, and any other parties directly involved in the development or administration of the Contest, as well as members of their immediate households, are not eligible to participate.

The Sponsor reserves the right to require proof of identity and eligibility at any time.

2. CONTEST PERIOD

The Contest begins November 11, 2026 and ends November 13, 2026 (the “Contest Period”).

The Contest is available only during the operating hours of the CANTERRA SEEDS tradeshow booth and while Contest plays and prizes remain available.

3. HOW TO ENTER AND PLAY

No purchase is necessary to enter or participate.

To participate, an eligible participant must:

• Complete the Contest entry form provided at the CANTERRA SEEDS booth;
• Provide all required information;
• Meet the eligibility requirements in these Official Contest Rules; and
• Play the CANTERRA SEEDS Go for Gold claw machine.

Each participant is permitted a maximum of two (2) plays during the Contest Period.

A participant who successfully retrieves a designated Golden Bag from the claw machine during an eligible play will be considered a potential Prize winner, subject to verification of eligibility, successful completion of the required skill-testing question, availability of prizes and compliance with these Official Contest Rules.

No purchase or payment is required to play.

4. PRIZES

There are [INSERT TOTAL NUMBER] Prizes available to be won during the Contest Period.

Each Prize consists of one (1) bag of eligible CANTERRA SEEDS canola seed, with the winner having a choice from the canola varieties designated by CANTERRA SEEDS as available for this Contest.

Eligible varieties are expected to include:

• CS3300 TF TruFlex® canola
• CS4100 LL LibertyLink® canola

Final variety selection is subject to product availability and the varieties designated as eligible by CANTERRA SEEDS.

The approximate retail value of each Prize is up to $1,050 CAD.

Prizes must be accepted as awarded and have no cash value. No cash substitution will be permitted, except that the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised Prize becomes unavailable.

5. ODDS OF WINNING

The odds of winning depend on the number of participants, the number of Golden Bags available, and each participant’s success in retrieving a Golden Bag with the claw machine.

Once all available Golden Bag Prizes have been claimed, no further prizes will be available.

6. WINNER CONFIRMATION

Before being declared a winner and receiving a Prize, a potential winner must:

• Meet all eligibility requirements;
• Have participated in accordance with these Official Contest Rules;
• Successfully retrieve a Golden Bag during an eligible Contest play; and
• Correctly answer, without assistance, a mathematical skill-testing question.

A potential winner who does not correctly answer the skill-testing question, cannot establish eligibility, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Contest Rules will be disqualified and will not receive a Prize.

7. PRIZE FULFILMENT

Confirmed winners will be required to provide any information reasonably required by CANTERRA SEEDS to arrange delivery or fulfilment of their Prize.

Prize delivery timing, available varieties and fulfillment arrangements are subject to product availability and will be communicated to confirmed winners by CANTERRA SEEDS.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS

The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion and subject to applicable law, to cancel, modify, suspend or terminate the Contest, or to amend these Official Contest Rules, if circumstances arise that affect the proper administration, security or fairness of the Contest.

The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, incomplete, illegible or incorrectly submitted entries, or for technical, mechanical or other failures that affect participation in the Contest.

Any attempt to obtain additional plays, manipulate the claw machine, interfere with the administration of the Contest, or otherwise participate in a manner inconsistent with these Official Contest Rules may result in disqualification.

Decisions of the Sponsor regarding eligibility, participation, winning plays and Prize awards are final, subject to applicable law.

9. PERSONAL INFORMATION

Personal information collected in connection with the Contest will be used by CANTERRA SEEDS for the administration of the Contest, including verifying eligibility, contacting winners and fulfilling Prizes.
