Tailgate Tour Giveaway - Contest Details
1. Eligibility
The Tailgate Tour Giveaway (the “Contest”) is open to all legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry.
Employees, representatives, and agents of CANTERRA SEEDS and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Contest.
2. Contest Period
The Contest opens on July 1, 2024 and closes on September 30, 2024 (the “Contest Period”).
All entries must be received by 11:59 PM (local time) on September 30, 2024.
3. How to Enter
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. To enter, participants must visit the official contest website at www.landing.canterra.com/promo2023 during the Contest Period.
Participants must complete the online entry form, including providing their full name, email address, phone number and mailing address.
Only one entry per person is allowed.
4. Prizes
There are a total of 14 prizes available to be won.
Each prize package includes:
- 1 Master Chef portable BBQ
- 1 apron
- 1 case of cold beverages (contents may vary)
The approximate retail value (ARV) of each prize package is $157 CAD. Prizes are not transferable, and no substitutions or cash equivalents will be provided. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is unavailable.
5. Prize Draw
The prize draw will take place within 10 days after the Contest closes. Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
6. Notification of Winners
Winners will be notified by email or phone within 5 business days of the prize draw. Winners must respond within 5 business days of notification to claim their prize. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within the specified time, an alternate winner will be selected.
7. General Conditions
By participating in the Contest, participants agree to be bound by these official rules. The Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these rules or engages in fraudulent activity. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and local laws and regulations.
