Official Contest Rules
The 30 Bags for 30 Years Contest (the "Contest") runs during the Contest Period noted below. By participating in the Contest, each participant agrees to abide by and be bound by these Official Contest Rules and all decisions of Canterra Seeds (2002) Ltd. ("CANTERRA SEEDS"), which shall be final and binding, without right of appeal, in all matters relating to this Contest and the awarding of prizes, including without limitation eligibility and/or disqualification of entries. Please read the Contest Rules carefully before entering the Contest.

Eligibility
This Contest is open to individuals who meet all of the following criteria ("Eligible Participants"):
- Are legal residents of British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, or Manitoba, Canada;
- Have reached the age of majority in their province of residence (18 in Alberta, Manitoba, and British Columbia; 19 in Saskatchewan) at the time of entry;
- Are recognized by CANTERRA SEEDS as a farmer, which for the purposes of the Contest shall mean an individual engaged in producing a crop on land in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, or Manitoba, Canada that is owned by or leased to such individual for that purpose;
- Meet all other requirements set out in these Official Contest Rules.
Employees of CANTERRA SEEDS or of its related and affiliated companies, subsidiaries, departments or agencies, suppliers, advertising and promotional agencies, contest administrators, and any other parties engaged in the development, production or distribution of Contest materials, and those living in the same household as such employees, are not eligible to enter the Contest.
CANTERRA SEEDS may at any time require proof of identity and/or eligibility to participate in the Contest. Any entrants deemed to be ineligible will be disqualified.
Contest Period
The Contest begins on June 17, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. CST on September 30, 2026 (the "Contest Period"). The Contest is conducted across multiple CANTERRA SEEDS summer tour events held during the Contest Period. Each tour event constitutes a separate draw. The list of participating tour events will be maintained by CANTERRA SEEDS and updated throughout the Contest Period. CANTERRA SEEDS reserves the right to add or remove tour events in its sole discretion.
How to Enter
No purchase is necessary to enter the Contest.
To enter, visit the Contest entry page by scanning the QR code displayed at a participating tour event or by visiting canterra.com/enter-to-win during the Contest Period. Complete and submit the online entry form with all required information, including your name, email address, province, and the tour event you are attending.
- Limit one (1) entry per person per tour event.
- Participants may enter at multiple tour events during the Contest Period for additional chances to win, but may only win once.
- All entries must be submitted during the tour event at which the participant is in attendance.
- Entries that are incomplete, illegible, falsified, damaged, or otherwise not in compliance with these Contest Rules will be rejected and disqualified.
- All entries become the sole property of CANTERRA SEEDS and will not be returned for any reason.
Prizes
There is one (1) prize available per participating tour event. Each prize consists of one (1) bag of CANTERRA SEEDS canola seed, winner's choice of CS4100 LL (LibertyLink®) or CS3300 TF (TruFlex®), including seed treatment (the "Prize").
- Approximate retail value of each Prize: up to $1,050 CAD.
- Total number of prizes will correspond to the total number of participating tour events during the Contest Period, with a minimum of thirty (30) prizes available.
- Prizes must be accepted as awarded, without substitution. Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash surrender value. No substitutions or exchanges are permitted.
- Prize does not include delivery, transportation, application, or any other costs. Winner is responsible for arranging pickup or delivery of the Prize with their local CANTERRA SEEDS representative.
Winner Selection
Within five (5) business days following the conclusion of each tour event, one (1) potential winner will be selected by random draw from among all eligible entries received for that tour event.
The potential winner will be required to correctly answer, without assistance or mechanical aid of any kind, a mathematical skill-testing question as a condition of claiming the Prize.
The potential winner will be contacted by phone. If the potential winner cannot be reached within seven (7) business days of the draw, does not correctly answer the skill-testing question, or is otherwise unable or unwilling to comply with these Official Contest Rules, the Prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at CANTERRA SEEDS' sole discretion.
Odds of Winning
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received at each participating tour event.
Publicity Release
By entering the Contest, each entrant consents to the use of their name, city, and province by CANTERRA SEEDS in any advertising and publicity carried out by or on behalf of CANTERRA SEEDS relating to the Contest, in any media or format, without additional compensation or permission, unless prohibited by law.
Privacy
By entering the Contest, you consent to:
- The collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information by CANTERRA SEEDS for the purpose of administering, advertising, and promoting the Contest in accordance with CANTERRA SEEDS' Privacy Policy (canterra.com/privacy-policy); and
- Receiving communications from CANTERRA SEEDS related to the Contest, including winner notifications and post-tour follow-up emails.

General Conditions and Limitations of Liability
The Promotion Entities (defined as CANTERRA SEEDS, its related and affiliated companies, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, prize suppliers, and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns) are not responsible or liable for:
Any costs associated with participation in the Contest;
- Any incorrect, lost, late, illegible, falsified, damaged, misdirected, or incomplete entries or any related communications, howsoever caused;
- Any technical malfunctions, including failures of computer hardware or software, network connections, or other electronic or technical issues;
- Any changes to or termination of the Contest.
You release and hold harmless the Promotion Entities from, and agree to indemnify the Promotion Entities for, any and all claims and liability in any way related to your participation in the Contest. In no event will the Promotion Entities be liable for any special, incidental, punitive, or indirect damages of any kind, regardless of cause. In the event the Promotion Entities are found to be liable to you for any reason in relation to this Contest, such liability will be limited to $10 CAD.
Conduct
You agree to comply with these Contest Rules at all times and to be bound by the decisions of CANTERRA SEEDS. CANTERRA SEEDS reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify at any time any entrant found to be in violation of these Contest Rules.
Changes to Contest
CANTERRA SEEDS may modify, amend, or terminate the Contest or these Official Contest Rules at any time in CANTERRA SEEDS' sole discretion without prior notice.
Governing Law
All issues and questions concerning these Official Contest Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Manitoba, Canada, without regard to any choice of law or conflict of law rules, and the parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
Severability
If any provision of these Official Contest Rules is invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provision shall be enforced to the extent permitted by law and the invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability shall not affect any other provision of these Official Contest Rules.

Complete Rules
In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between these Official Contest Rules and any other documents or statements, these Official Contest Rules prevail.
