About Amy Bean

Amy joined the CANTERRA SEEDS team in October 2022 as the Peace West Territory Manager. She has extensive experience in the Ag-Retail space having started her career at Agricore United and moved through the transitions to Viterra and then CPS. She later moved into a chem rep role before finding her niche in the seed industry. Amy is dedicated to working extensively to find the best-suited products for farmers in the Peace region.

As a self-described “Military Brat,” Amy grew up in various places, including Germany, England, and several cities in Canada such as Barrie, Kingston, and Ottawa. She is married to her wonderful husband Jamie, and they have two adult children and three grandchildren. Although she once planned on a career in accounting, she’s found her true home in the world of agriculture, where she enjoys the challenge it brings!
