Forced Labour and Child Labour Reports
CANTERRA SEEDS fully supports the objectives of the Fighting Against Forced Labour and Child Labour in Supply Chains Act, also known as the Modern Slavery Act. The Forced Labour and Child Labour Report is a joint report which applies to, and describes the reasonable steps taken by CANTERRA SEEDS to mitigate forced labour and child labour in our organization's operations and supply chains.

Substantial Issuer Bid
The CANTERRA SEEDS Board of Directors has approved a share purchase offer under which the Corporation may purchase and cancel up to 755,115 Class A common shares, representing approximately 10% of the outstanding Class A shares.
